1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, downloading the Portal APK, or using any part of MartyRun ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MartyRun is a software product that automates posting on TikTok across multiple Android devices that you own and operate. We provide:
- A web dashboard at martyrun.uk
- An Android APK ("Portal") that runs on phones you own
- A license key that activates the Portal on a number of devices based on your plan
You bring your own phones, TikTok accounts, and content. MartyRun is a tool — what you post and how you use it is your responsibility.
3. Account & license
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and license key secure. Sharing your license outside the device cap of your plan is grounds for termination.
Each plan grants a maximum number of devices and accounts as displayed at /#pricing. Exceeding these limits silently is not supported — you must upgrade.
4. Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance via crypto (USDC, BTC, etc.) processed by NOWPayments. All amounts are in USD. Crypto payments are non-reversible by their nature — refunds are handled manually on a case-by-case basis (see section 6).
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use MartyRun to:
- Post spam, harassment, illegal content, or anything prohibited by TikTok's own terms
- Impersonate other people or brands
- Resell access to your license
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Portal APK or dashboard
We may suspend any account that violates these rules without refund.
6. Refunds
We do not offer automatic refunds, because crypto payments cannot be reversed. If MartyRun was genuinely broken in a way that prevented you from using it during your paid period, contact [email protected] and we will work something out in good faith.
7. Service availability
We do our best to keep the dashboard and APK working 24/7, but we don't promise an SLA. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and the realities of running infrastructure mean occasional downtime happens.
8. No warranty regarding TikTok
MartyRun automates posting — it does not guarantee views, follows, monetization, or that your TikTok accounts won't be flagged, throttled, or banned by TikTok itself. TikTok's algorithm and policies are outside our control.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from /dashboard/account. We may terminate or suspend your account for breaches of these Terms or for fraud/abuse, with or without notice. On termination, your license is revoked.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MartyRun is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, banned TikTok accounts, or damage to your devices. Total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email and/or on the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
